Song for My Valentine

By Arjun Dahal

No  roses, No  promises, No  rings, No  dreams, No plans to be busy, Nothing else to be classy.   The stars still twinkle at night. The sun still shines. The flowers still bloom. The breeze still blows. The moon is still lighted with dark paint. The Rose still has its thorn. Everything is the same, as everything was.   I now firmly believe, Silence provides the best serenity. Hush! -O my infinite sadness, Hush! -O my infinite madness, Nature can't be desecrated. Everything is the same, as everything was, Thus, I still think of you.
